About us

Bridging the AI divide for older adults

Take Smart Steps LLC is an educational and AI literacy company dedicated to helping adults navigate artificial intelligence (AI) and modern AI tools confidently, safely, and independently.

Our mission

To bridge the digital and AI divide for older adults through practical, security-focused education that builds confidence, fosters lifelong learning, and promotes digital independence.

Our vision

To serve as a trusted regional and national standard in AI education for seniors, enabling older adults to engage with modern technology safely and on their own terms.

How we teach

  • Senior-centric instruction. Pace, type size, and repetition designed around how older adults actually learn.
  • Awareness and critical thinking. Heavy emphasis on scam awareness, fraud identification, privacy settings, and tool usage for AI.
  • Practical daily utility. Writing letters, organizing schedules, reminders, planning meals, researching interests, exploring travel, and managing hobbies.

Our instructors

The sessions are led by our founding leadership and a select network of premier facilitators drawn from corporate America, including Big 4 management consultants, federal government leaders, and professionals from global technology corporations. Facilitators undergo thorough vetting and standardized curriculum orientation. We teach from turnkey kits with large print materials so instructional quality stays consistent across every partner site.
